Interesting piece, have not seen another like it originally assumed it was a coffin stand of sorts however with little investigation and consideration it’s clear that this is a coffin template, quite possibly a one-off, certainly not commercially produced. Appears the form would have been used to model the production of a coffin. Late 19th century.
