An unopened original old store stock bottle of Dr. Hand’s Teething Lotion For Children (paper wrap on the bottle reads ‘For Babes’) sealed with contents circa 1870s. Prepared by Hand Medicine Co. Philadelphia PA, successor to D. B. Hand, M.D. The bottle is smooth base, crude, hand-finished lip, embossed and paper label, with wrap around advertising/directions circular insert, with full outer wrap label.
